In this 1-hour live session, you’ll discover:

  • An introduction to baby sleep - understand what’s normal (and what’s not) for your baby’s age

  • The reasons your baby may be waking through the night - beyond just hunger

  • A gentle step-by-step method to help your baby learn to settle themselves with support and reassurance

  • A Q&A session where you can ask your questions and get clear, compassionate guidance

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and access to a written copy of the method to refer back to whenever you need it.

This is not a cry-it-out method.
However, some crying may happen as your baby adjusts to new ways of settling.
You’ll learn how to respond with compassion and confidence — supporting your baby through change without leaving them to cry alone.
